Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the entire production process (sorting, washing, waxing, grading, and packaging). * Ensure compliance with quality standards required by customers and export markets. * Coordinate operational staff (packaging lines, supervisors, assistants). * Schedule production based on orders, fruit availability, and logistics. * Monitor losses, yields, and daily productivity. * Verify proper use of packaging materials (boxes, bags, labels). * Guarantee compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Identify and resolve deviations in the production process. * Coordinate with logistics to ensure loading and shipping timelines. * Generate daily production, quality, and performance reports. * Implement continuous process improvements to optimize costs and time.
