Personnel organization and operational control **Duties and Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate security personnel across assigned services. * Verify compliance with instructions, protocols, and operational guidelines. * Timely respond to and follow up on incidents, reports, and risk situations. * Maintain direct communication with clients to ensure service quality. * Prepare operational reports (updates, attendance, incidents, and staff performance). * Ensure proper appearance, discipline, and punctuality of subordinate personnel. * Implement corrective and preventive actions per internal policies. * Support onboarding, training, and evaluation processes for operational staff. * Supervise appropriate use of uniforms, equipment, and work tools. **Required Profile** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred, whether incomplete or completed). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the private security sector. * Knowledge of private security service operations, handling of instructions, and personnel supervision. * Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and conflict resolution skills. * Basic proficiency in administrative tools and report preparation. * Flexible availability for shifts and relocation. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Results orientation * Effective communication * Organization and operational control * Client orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 per month Experience: * Private Security: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
