Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and organize daily kitchen operations. * Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. * Guarantee food quality, flavor, and presentation. * Coordinate and motivate kitchen staff. * Comply with and enforce hygiene and food safety standards. * Assist in menu development or improvement. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of personnel management and cost control. * Leadership attitude, commitment, and organizational skills.
