Major construction company Seeking: **Construction Supervisor** **Requirements:** Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field.** Experience: **Minimum of 2 recent years in similar positions** **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure on-time delivery of finished products. Supervise that each project has appropriate personnel and is executed on schedule and as specified. Request delivery receipts for each project. Develop production drawings that meet customer requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise that on-site installation processes are carried out according to client specifications. Monitor concrete curing on assigned sites. Track and deliver finished products. Prepare production drawings. Follow up on after-sales service, following assignment of tracking numbers by the Operations Management Department and/or direct site supervision. Correctly request materials required for installation. Submit invoices to the Accounting Department. Prepare site generators. Other duties as assigned. **KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of design and architecture. Intermediate AutoCAD skills. Knowledge of hand tools. Office software proficiency. Intermediate knowledge of safety and hygiene, preferably first aid and working at heights. Knowledge of and experience operating cargo vehicles, preferably with a valid driver’s license. Conflict resolution skills.
