Supporting sales closures and relationship building **Recruitment and Selection: Helen is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Xalapa, Veracruz** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader** who will coordinate field prospecting activities for automotive advisors. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree. * Minimum **2 years of experience** coordinating sales or prospecting teams. * Experience in **field sales or commercial activations**. * Valid driver’s license of any class (Mandatory) * Leadership, organization, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify strategic zones and locations for prospecting within the city. * Supervise and accompany a team of 4 commercial advisors during prospecting activities. * Timely follow-up on prospects and sales opportunities. * Contact and build relationships with potential companies across the state. * Identify strategic regional events for commercial presence. * Support the sales team in closing sales. **Employment Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** $15,000 gross. * **Additional variable bonuses** based on performance and sales volume (Approx. $5,000–$8,000) * Statutory benefits Schedule: **Monday to Friday:** 9:00–19:30, **Saturdays:** 9:00–14:00 **Day off:** Sundays *(May vary in case of commercial events)* **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Automotive **Skills:** * leadership * sales targets * training *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69aef40f3b00002f00875d9d&source=indeed
