





We are seeking a Commercial Plaza Administrator Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management (certified). Experience: minimum of 2 years in similar positions. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Main responsibilities: * Tenant management (move-ins and move-outs) * Supervision of property maintenance work * Updating licenses and permits * Liaising with goods and services suppliers * Interfacing with various authorities * Civil protection regulations compliance * Financial management (budgets, expense control) * Ensuring compliance with guidelines related to obligations arising from annexes to the regulations for plaza adaptations or maintenance, including tenant requirements. * Conducting daily patrols together with the plaza security personnel to identify areas for improvement. * Reporting and timely follow-up on the annual maintenance and cleaning activity schedule, prepared and provided by operations. * Scheduling preventive maintenance with service providers for plaza equipment. * Timely submission and processing of supply or service requests and quotations needed at the plaza to management. * Reviewing and maintaining organized physical and electronic folders for equipment maintenance or services per plaza as applicable. * Other duties as assigned We offer: Base salary and statutory benefits.
