**JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR!** In this position, you are responsible for ensuring the proper handling and filing of documents, managing administrative procedures, and safeguarding branch materials and supplies. You also act as a liaison with the corporate office to streamline processes and ensure compliance. Your organization, commitment, and honesty are essential for the efficient development of activities in an orderly and professional work environment. **What do we offer?** **At start** * Initial monthly gross salary: $8,870.00 (during the first 3 months). * Initial total monthly net: $8,382.00 in weekly payments of $1,956.00 **After 3 months:** * Monthly gross salary: $12,030.00 * Total monthly net: $10,669.00 in weekly payments of $2,489.00. * Grocery vouchers: $750 monthly after 3 months. **Additionally:** * Productivity bonus and incentive scheme for meeting goals. * Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Christmas bonus, profit sharing, doubled savings fund. * Vacations and additional days off for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or birth of children. * Official holidays and CNBV holidays. **Job characteristics** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays according to productivity from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 100% office-based work. * Teamwork and direct contact with our clients. **Responsibilities** * **Compile, update, and safeguard** each client's legal file, ensuring its proper organization. * **File and classify** received documents into their corresponding files. * **Organize and store chronologically** client applications and documentation for easy access and reference. * **Maintain an updated and accurate record** of credit files. * **Supervise and ensure** that employees sign attendance lists daily, archiving them in the appropriate file. * **Enter and manage** customer information in the system, operating a computer efficiently. * **Provide administrative support** to all staff in processing paperwork with the corporate office. * **Review and manage daily** the proper functioning of the portfolio system, detecting and reporting possible incidents. * **Assist in recruitment and hiring processes**, collaborating in candidate selection for vacant positions. * **Manage and control the supplies system**, ensuring availability of necessary materials for branch operations. **What are we looking for in a candidate?** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * No experience required. * Availability to travel for 5 weeks for training (travel expenses paid: lodging, transportation, and meals).
