Job Summary: This position ensures compliance with federal, state, and municipal environmental regulations by managing regulatory instruments and providing technical-legal support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal environmental regulations. 2. Manage regulatory instruments and provide technical-legal support. 3. Prepare and update COAs, process LAUs, and manage MIA applications. Job Objective Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal environmental regulations by managing regulatory instruments and providing technical–legal support to the organization. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and update COAs. * Process and monitor LAUs. * Manage and accompany MIA applications. * Design and control Waste Management Plans (WMPs). * Coordinate environmental audits. * Document control and monitoring of environmental indicators. * Address requirements from authorities (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, CONAGUA). Requirements Experience in: * COA (corresponding portal). * LAU and its conditions. * Evaluation and monitoring of MIA. * Management of hazardous waste and special handling waste. Knowledge: * ISO 14001:2015 * SEMARNAT and STPS regulations * PROFEPA and CONAGUA * Local environmental legislation
