Therefore, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising receiving, storage, control, and distribution activities of materials—ensuring inventory availability, warehouse organization, proper resource utilization, and compliance with safety and hygiene policies. **Location:** Altotonga, Veracruz **Position Type:** Full-time, on-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, with availability to work Saturdays as required by operations. **Job Objective** Ensure proper administration, control, and safeguarding of materials, supplies, raw materials, and finished products within the warehouse, guaranteeing timely availability for operational and commercial departments. Comply with safety and hygiene regulations and contribute to supply chain efficiency through continuous improvement practices and key performance indicator (KPI) management. **Key Responsibilities** * Control and record material, supply, and product receipts and shipments. * Implement cycle counts and inventory audits. * Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team. * Train staff on safety, 5S, and standard operating procedures. * Coordinate goods receipt and verify against purchase orders. * Supervise loading and dispatch of finished products. * Ensure timely recording of transactions in SAP. * Verify incoming and outgoing documentation (invoices, delivery notes, waybills). * Monitor order, cleanliness, and safety in warehouse areas. * Propose improvements to layout, shrinkage control, and operational timing. * Prepare reports for plant management and related departments. **Required ProfileEducation** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience** * 1–2 years coordinating warehouse operations. * Experience leading operational teams. **Technical Knowledge** * Inventory management (FIFO, ABC analysis, cycle counting). * SAP proficiency. * Receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. * Layout design and 5S methodology. * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, dashboards). * Warehouse KPIs. * Preferred: Rainforest Alliance, Organic, C.A.F.E.
