Therefore, we are seeking a Unit Manager to coordinate product procurement, receipt, settlement, storage, and subsequent shipment. * Location: Altotonga, Veracruz. * Company: Olam Agro México S.A. de C.V. * Position type: Full-time, on-site * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Saturdays when operations require it. **Position Objective:** Participate in the company's strategic planning by contributing ideas to improve the supply chain and adapting to changing market demands. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct coffee purchases. * Coordinate procurement, receipt, settlement, storage, and shipment of products. * Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers. * Negotiate purchase terms and ensure timely product delivery. * Prepare risk assessments for advance payments on deposited coffee. * Harvest forecasting. * Bagging report. **Required Profile** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: * Minimum two years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the agricultural or food sector. * Experience managing contracts and handling complex negotiations.
