Apply at: ***56 70 00 44 67*** ***COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:*** * Competitive salary: **$15,120 gross monthly** * Productivity Bonus: **$0 to $6,940** *(Starting from the 4th month, based on store performance targets).* * Punctuality and Attendance Award: $500\. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot). * Savings Fund: 3%. * Savings Account: (Available from the 4th month). * Life Insurance. * Additional Benefits: Free uniforms and a real growth plan. * Weekly payment every Friday ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Education: Technical degree and/or Bachelor’s degree * Experience: 2–3 years in roles such as Manager, Supervisor, or Retail Store Leader. * Knowledge: Retail sales management, inventory control, customer service, and personnel management * Tools: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Personalized Customer Service: Address inquiries and assist customers with purchases on the sales floor (30% of time). * Operational Management: Supervise cash reconciliations, sales reports, and invoicing. * Inventory Control: Ensure adequate stock levels, validate cyclic inventories, and manage price changes. * Leadership: Handle team incidents (absences, tardiness) and foster a positive work environment to reduce turnover. * LOPE Standards: Guarantee compliance with standards for Cleanliness, Order, Pricing, and Stock Availability ***WORK SCHEDULE INFORMATION:*** Currently, due to the opening phase, our general schedule is: * **Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 \- 6:00** ***Note***: Availability to rotate opening, closing, and mid-shift schedules (8 working hours \+ 1 hour for lunch) ***Branch Address:*** **\* Av.
