




Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in economic or administrative fields. * 2 years of experience managing personnel. * 2 years of experience in customer service. * Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. * No transportation issues. Responsibilities: * Manage procedures for obtaining local permits and licenses necessary for the proper operation of the establishment. * Supervise the correct functioning of all gaming machines and equipment in general. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as guidelines established by authorities. * Develop and implement strategies to meet the performance indicators set by the company. * Manage the selection, hiring, training, and evaluation of personnel. * Coordinate with corporate management teams to address facility needs regarding equipment, services, personnel, and operations. * Coordinate with the purchasing department to request supplies and operational materials to meet the needs of all areas. * Coordinate with the marketing department on special events to attract new customers and strategies to retain or recover potential customers. * Prepare income reports for different business lines, identifying areas for improvement. * Resolve and address customer inquiries or complaints regarding products or services, ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction. * Establish internal controls with operational staff for the proper handling of systems, equipment, products, and assets under their responsibility. * Monitor inventory controls in the food and beverage area. * Supervise staff compliance with their duties.
