We value great work with talented, innovative \& driven people, making meaningful connections with like\-minded creatives along the way! **Role** We’re looking for an **Influencer Manager** to own the execution and performance of influencer marketing campaigns across client accounts. Depending on account complexity, you’ll either run smaller accounts independently end\-to\-end or partner with a Senior Influencer Manager on larger, more complex programs. This is a hands\-on role combining strategy, creator selection, content approvals, and performance optimization. **What you’ll do** * **Strategy \& Creative Execution** Develop influencer and content strategies for assigned accounts, translating client objectives into creator profiles, formats, and execution plans. * **Campaign Ownership** Own the full influencer campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis. * **Creator Discovery \& Selection** Lead creator discovery and outreach using strategic criteria (fit, reach, engagement, conversion potential, pricing), and build structured creator pipelines. * **Content Quality Control** Approve influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch, and course\-correct when needed. * **Performance Optimization** Monitor performance across awareness, traffic, and sign\-up goals, adjusting creator mix and formats based on results. * **Negotiation \& Budget Management** Lead negotiations on deliverables, rates, and standard usage rights within approved budgets. * **Airtable \& Ops Execution** Maintain clean, accurate Airtable records and use them as the source of truth for pitching and execution. **What we’re looking for** * 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred) * Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and creator economics * Ability to run campaigns end\-to\-end with minimal supervision * Confidence working directly with US\-based clients * Strong written and verbal English skills * Comfortable working in structured tools (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar) **Who You Are** You’re someone who can take ownership of execution and make smart decisions about creators, content, and performance.
