




INSERMEX GROUP IS SEEKING AN **ASSISTANT/DOCUMENT CONTROL ANALYST**. **REQUIREMENTS** * **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed high school diploma, administrative technician degree, bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources or related field. * **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 1–2 years in document control, quality management and records administration. * **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** ü Proficiency in document management systems or platforms. ü Knowledge of **ISO 9001 standards** or integrated management systems (desirable). ü Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ü Administer the company’s document control system (receipt, registration, review, distribution and archiving). ü Verify the **validity and version of controlled documents** (procedures, policies, instructions, forms, manuals, etc.). ü Maintain the **master document list** and corresponding control records up to date. ü Prepare physical and digital personnel files for new hires and renewals. ü Update personnel files. ü Process and renew access credentials for staff entering various plants or projects (GM, STELLANTIS). ü Perform DC-3. ü Send monthly and weekly lists to various projects. ü Update Office software licenses and decommission computer equipment.
