Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to receive, register, organize, prepare, load, and scan packages, as well as support inventory management and warehouse maintenance. We seek talented individuals to fill the position of Warehouse Assistant. Receive, inspect, and register incoming packages according to established procedures. Organize merchandise in designated areas, maintaining order and proper storage conditions. Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct classification and packaging. Load and unload transport units (trucks, vans). Scan packages for system-based control and tracking. Conduct periodic physical inventories and report any incidents or anomalies. Assist with warehouse cleaning, organization, and maintenance. Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. Report damages, shortages, or issues identified in merchandise or work equipment. · Knowledge: Basic proficiency in scanning and inventory control systems. Fundamental principles of warehousing and goods distribution. Warehouse safety standards. Skills: Organization and tidiness. Teamwork. Attention to detail. Physical agility. Adaptability to dynamic work environments. Working Conditions: Physically demanding work (lifting packages of varying weights). Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends or holidays if required. Use of personal protective equipment.
