We seek an **HR Generalist** focused on operational recruitment and administrative HR management, providing direct support to employees. The position will be **based in Xalapa**, with availability for occasional travel to Naolinco. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational personnel and some administrative positions * Personnel file control and administration * Monitoring and tracking of attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, leaves, vacations) * Payroll preparation * Uniform and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) control and distribution * Employee support and resolution of HR-related inquiries * Onboarding of new hires * General support in HR department activities * Labor relations **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role * Experience in operational personnel recruitment * Knowledge of attendance incident tracking and pre-payroll processing * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capability Flexible working hours are required.
