Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced chef for a themed restaurant who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prepare menu items and desserts, and maintain efficiency and order during service. Essential hands-on experience in dessert preparation. **Schedule:** * 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM * Tuesday through Sunday * **Fixed day off: Monday (paid)** * Six working days per week * Weekly payment (every Sunday) **We Offer:** * Salary: **$9,805 gross monthly** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, year-end bonus) * Positive work environment * Growth opportunity **Job Responsibilities:** We seek a candidate capable of integrating into a dynamic and diverse kitchen within a themed restaurant. * Preparation of menu items * Preparation of **desserts (proven experience or knowledge in this area is mandatory)** * Food preparation including: * Potatoes * Soups * Sandwiches * Bagels * Other menu items * Accurate reading and execution of orders * Organization and timing of production during service * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the assigned work area **Requirements:** * Proven kitchen experience * Experience or knowledge in dessert preparation * Age: 28 years or older * Responsibility and speed during service * Ability to work under pressure * Interest in medium- to long-term employment **Important Note:** As a themed restaurant, we expect candidates to be adaptable to the concept, follow established procedures, and collaborate effectively as part of a unique guest experience.
