Join Olam Agro Mexico as a Quality Assistant. Your mission will be to assist in report control, inventory management, and ensuring coffee quality during procurement, transfers, and dispatch processes, guaranteeing that the product meets the company's excellence standards. Key Responsibilities: Operational Control: Monitor coffee quality entering and exiting the processing plant and warehouse (procurements, transfers, and shipments). SAP Data Management: Timely entry of coffee data into the system and maintain updated inventory records with quality observations. Report Administration: Execute and keep current departmental reports, including yield results and product control for domestic and export customers. Sample Control: Manage logistics for received and dispatched samples for analysis. Food Safety and Occupational Safety: Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety guidelines, and occupational safety and hygiene programs. Warehouse Logistics: Maintain location control for each product type to ensure traceability. Required Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Industry Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Prior administrative experience, office operations, or support roles in quality/warehouse departments is desirable. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reporting). Basic knowledge or familiarity with food safety principles. SAP system proficiency (data entry) is desirable. Skills: Proactivity and organizational ability. Honesty and discretion in handling information. Ability to work under pressure.
