





Operational Administrative Assistant (Hermosillo Branch) Position Objective: Ensure the operational continuity of the branch through efficient order management, inventory control, and necessary administrative support to meet delivery timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Order Management: Receive, register, and track customer or headquarters requests. * Picking Operations: Coordinate and execute the physical picking of goods for delivery or shipment. * Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts, report shortages, and ensure system stock levels match physical stock. * Branch Support: Supervise workplace organization and cleanliness, as well as supplier reception. * Local Administration: Handle documentation, daily sales reports, and provide general administrative support for the branch. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (Administration, Warehouse, or Customer Service). * Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic to intermediate Excel), organizational ability, and a strong sense of urgency. * Location: Must reside in Hermosillo, Sonora.
