**Tax Compliance** · Calculation and filing of monthly and annual taxes. · Calculation of ISR and VAT. · Filing of Payroll Tax (3%). · Handling of SAT requirements and procedures. · Tax management for individuals and legal entities. · Tax analysis and proposals to optimize tax burden. **Payroll and Labor Obligations** · Payroll, bonus, etc. calculation, review, and electronic stamping. · Calculation and payment of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and AFORE contributions. · Procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other labor authorities. · Coordination with Human Resources department regarding incidents, hires, terminations, and salary adjustments. **General Accounting** · Accounting recording of income, expenses, and daily operations. · Use of CONTPAQi Accounting platform. · Bank reconciliations. · Income and expense control and analysis. · Daily and periodic review of income and expenses to ensure financial consistency. **Financial Information** · Preparation of financial statements. \- Balance Sheet (monthly and annual). \- Income Statement (monthly and annual). · Monthly financial performance analysis. · Identification of risks and areas for improvement. · Provision of clear and timely information to management. **Administrative Control and Support** · Overall financial control of the company. · Organization and safekeeping of accounting and tax documentation. · Constant communication with internal departments for validation of financial information. **Authority and Responsibility** · Responsible for the accuracy of accounting and tax information. · Safeguarding sensitive financial and tax information. · Responsible for timely alerting on tax, labor, or financial risks.
