Job stability and growth opportunities Collections Manager A financial company specializing in direct lending is looking for a Collections Manager with experience in portfolio recovery and leadership of high-performance teams. Position Objective Ensure efficient recovery of overdue portfolios through the implementation, supervision, and improvement of telephone collection and bank direct debit collection strategies, ensuring achievement of departmental goals and KPIs. Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the operations of the collections department. Design recovery strategies for direct lending portfolios. Monitor recovery, delinquency, and productivity indicators. Manage telephone collections teams. Supervise bank direct debit collection processes. Implement operational controls and improvements in recovery processes. Prepare performance reports and present metrics. Coordinate preventive and corrective actions to reduce overdue portfolios. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Requirements Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in collections. Mandatory experience in direct lending. Experience managing telephone collections teams. Knowledge of bank direct debit strategies and portfolio recovery. Proficiency in KPIs and collections metrics. Advanced Excel skills and operational tracking tools.
