




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare and track electronic invoices, manage accounts receivable, and provide customer service related to billing. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with different departments Requirements • Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Gender: Unrestricted; age between 24 and 35 years. • Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, collections, or related administrative areas. • Proficiency in billing systems and CFDI issuance. • Knowledge of SAT platform and current tax requirements. Main Responsibilities • Preparation, issuance, and delivery of electronic invoices (CFDI). • Validation of tax requirements and supporting documentation. • Registration, control, and tracking of accounts receivable. • Application of payments and reconciliation of balances. • Customer service and follow-up on billing-related requests. • Preparation of administrative reports and controls for the department. • Coordination with different departments to ensure proper invoice and receipt issuance and tracking.
