Job Summary: We are seeking a Banking and Consumer Credit Advisor to ensure an excellent customer experience by selling credit products and services, and building long-term relationships. Enjoy interacting with customers and be goal-oriented. **We are looking for your talent as a Banking and Consumer Credit Advisor!!!** Job Objective Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling credit products and services to build long-term relationships. * **Main Responsibilities** * Advise customers on the various credit products offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling of loans and CHEDRAUI store products. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit. * Update customer data in the system at least once per year during each visit or customer contact. * Process credit applications accurately to avoid payment delays and prevent fraud. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: promotion of products outside the point of sale. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. * **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Completed High School Diploma (mandatory). * Strong verbal communication skills. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Experience in placing financial products. * Goal- and objective-oriented. * Experience in field-based customer prospecting activities / cambaceo. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Integrity in performing duties. * **Value Proposition** * Base weekly salary starting at $2,000. * Weekly commissions. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority. * Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule, * Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.
