At **OLAM AGRO MÉXICO S.A. de C.V.**, we are looking for a candidate for the position of **Traceability Intern**, who wishes to join our team and support the area’s strategic projects, contributing to the assurance of chain of custody and traceability of certified coffee across the entire supply chain. **Job Objective** Support the Traceability department in validating, controlling, and tracking documentation related to the receipt, processing, and shipment of certified coffee, as well as updating the mass balance, ensuring compliance with certification standards’ requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Verify receipt documentation confirming the certified status of coffee. * Ensure certified lots are clearly identified and segregated. * Monitor the threshing process, validating yields and preventing accidental mixing. * Verify shipment documentation confirming the certified status of coffee. * Update the traceability database daily. * Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital traceability files. * Support preparation of information for internal and external audits. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Engineering, Administration, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Interest in traceability, quality, and certification processes. * Analytical ability, data control, and information management skills. * Learning attitude, responsibility, and proactivity. **Competencies** * Organization and planning * Information analysis * Process monitoring * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Proactivity and responsibility We Offer * Financial support (scholarship). * Participation in real strategic projects within the Traceability department. * Mentorship and supervision. * Development of technical skills in process control and certifications. * Practical experience in an industrial environment. * Completion of professional internships (per educational institution requirements).
