




**Grupo Constructor Transportieren is seeking:** Construction Administrator **Main Responsibilities:** * Inventory control based on budget * Management and safeguarding of project documentation * Tracking change orders with client * Execution and follow-up of material requisitions * Petty cash control * Billing and payment tracking * Logs and records * Monitoring budget and contract modifications * Consolidation and submission of weekly construction progress reports * Follow-up on project closeout * Administrative management of project human resources (hires, terminations, contracts) * Financial control of the project in coordination with the Construction Control department **Requirements:** * Gender: Indifferent * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (with diploma) * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in **Construction** companies * Strong sense of urgency and adherence to processes **We Offer:** * Biweekly net salary: $10,586.30 * Payment every 14 days (every other Friday) * Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8-6, Saturdays 8-1, availability for overtime work outside regular hours * Job stability * Statutory benefits * **Location**: Xalapa, Veracruz Job type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
