Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to manage invoicing, including issuance, review, re-invoicing, and ensuring the validity of tax documents, using Compaq and the SAT platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of invoicing and tax documents 2. Operation of Compaq invoicing software and SAT platform 3. Validation and renewal of digital seals Bachelor's degree in Accounting is mandatory. Issue invoices in accordance with authorized procedures. Review/download electronic stamping files for issued invoice serial numbers submitted to the SAT. Ensure issued invoices are accurate. Perform re-invoicing activities, issuance of Credit Notes and Debit Notes (C Provide information to departments as required: invoice flow and traceability of issued/cancelled invoices. Operation of Compaq invoicing software. Operation of the SAT website.
