Job Summary: We are looking for a Backend Developer/Technical Leader with experience in solution design, cloud knowledge, and agile methodologies for the financial sector. Key Points: 1. Cloud Solution Design (Azure or GCP) 2. Experience with Agile Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) 3. Knowledge of the Financial System **Backend Developer / Technical Leader** **Work Mode: Hybrid (CDMX \- Miguel Hidalgo)** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in IT such as (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, etc). * Minimum 3 years of Backend Development experience **Technical Knowledge:** * Designs solutions, even without the formal Architect title * Knowledge of Cloud Solution Design such as Azure or GCP * Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies * Knowledge of the financial system * Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, software engineering, software quality, programming languages **Desirable:** * Experience in Cloud Solutions * Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes * Knowledge of DevOps / DevSecOps * Knowledge of Cybersecurity
