




Position Summary: We are seeking a Creative Assistant with visual intelligence and strong communication skills to support projects at Plaza Ánimas, including a new cinema, by creating content and managing social media. Development of digital marketing and project management skills. **Creative Assistant** This opportunity is for someone interested in a highly creative role involving direct customer interaction. The primary focus will be on **Plaza Ánimas** and its new cinema project. It will also include supporting other initiatives. This opportunity is unique because the selected candidate will not only assist an established shopping center with over 100 diverse businesses and 20 years of history, but also contribute to a highly creative and artistic endeavor—the cinema—as well as other interesting projects. Schedule: Workdays vary depending on events and other requirements. However, weekly working hours total 48, in accordance with applicable legislation**.** Gross Monthly Salary: $12,000 (MXN) before taxes. Contract: 3 months, with possibility of extension. **Requirements** 1\. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred fields include Visual Arts, Film (and related disciplines), Art History, Photography, Communication, Marketing, or Graphic Design. However, candidates with other degrees will be considered if they demonstrate genuine interest in arts and visual culture, and can formally or informally demonstrate preparation for this role. 2\. Visual intelligence. 3\. Photography and video capture capability. This includes operation of cameras and any other relevant equipment. 4\. Proficiency in social media platforms—primarily Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 5\. Effective communication. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, with strong spelling, and capacity to express ideas clearly, concisely, and respectfully. 6\. Demonstrated creativity in content creation. 7\. Responsibility. Commitment to punctuality, ethics, and completion of assigned tasks. 8\. Adaptability—to changing environments, varied schedules, crisis management, discretion, and learning new tasks. 9\. Signing of a confidentiality agreement. **Responsibilities** 1\. Manage and update our social media accounts as frequently as agreed and required. 2\. Update the website as needed. 3\. Create attractive and relevant content to promote our activities, commercial offerings, and events. 4\. Interact respectfully with the online community in alignment with the company’s brand identity. Respond to questions and inquiries. 5\. Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop strategies. 6\. Monitor and analyze performance metrics. 7\. Customer service. 8\. Event organization. 9\.
