The **Regional Manager** is a key player in ensuring that our branches not only meet financial goals, but also provide quality service with trust and closeness to our Members. Your mission will be to drive the development of your region by ensuring balance between profitability, expansion, and portfolio strength. You will be the leader who connects strategy with operations, guiding teams toward sustainable results. **Main responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise branches in your region, ensuring the **achievement of commercial, financial, and loan portfolio quality targets**. * Ensure service and operational processes comply with **SOCAP** standards and internal policies. * Support teams throughout the entire credit process: from prospecting to recovery, proposing continuous improvements. * Participate in the **strategic planning** of your region: annual budget, loan disbursement targets, recovery, and growth objectives. * Develop and implement **commercial and market strategies** to boost member acquisition, loan disbursement, and retention. * Monitor key regional indicators (loan disbursements, recoveries, at-risk portfolio, delinquency, staff turnover, among others) and make timely decisions to stay on track toward goals. * Address and manage requests from different departments of the Cooperative, generating clear and timely reports for decision-making. ### **Essential requirements:** * Degree in **economic-administrative fields**. * Proven experience leading teams and managing branches in the **Puebla and northern Veracruz area**. * Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in managerial, directorial, or supervisory roles within the **financial sector or institutions regulated by CNBV**. * Knowledge of regulations applicable to **SOCAP**, credit processes, internal control, and risk management. * Ability to design and implement commercial strategies. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset. * Availability for travel ### **We offer:** * **Biweekly salary** * **Monthly grocery vouchers** * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, vacation time, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus (45 days). * **Life insurance** * **Performance-based bonuses** * **Economic leave** * **Payroll advances and loans** * **Birthday free day off** * **Continuous training** and growth opportunities. ### **Working hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ### **Want to join our team?** Apply through this channel.
