**Querétaro Bus Terminal** We are a company dedicated to transportation services, and we have the following vacancy: **Sales Points Supervisor** for a **mixed shift.** **Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the terminal’s sales points, ensuring their proper operation, stock replenishment, visual presentation, and administrative management, with a focus on delivering the best possible customer service to achieve established sales targets. **Education** * Completed high school. **Certificate required** **Skills:** Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Service Orientation, Teamwork, Empathy, Proactivity. **Knowledge:** Desktop PC, Smartphone, Printer, Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of daily shift start-up. * Supervision of inventory control. * Supervision of merchandise ordering and receipt. * Supervision of merchandise display and rotation. * Supervision of shift closing procedures. * Supervision of proper functioning of service equipment. * Supervision of staff in assigned areas. * Inventory counts and cash reconciliations at sales points. * Incident handling. * Supervision of facility cleaning. **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 PM **(one weekday day off)** **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $12,400.00 MXN. * Additional food vouchers amounting to 15% of salary. * Savings fund contribution of 12% of salary. * Attendance bonus of 2.5% of salary. * Punctuality bonus of 2.5% of salary. * Christmas basket. * School supplies voucher for employees’ children. * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo) of 25 days, exceeding the legal minimum. * Vacation premium of 35%. * Guaranteed Profit-Sharing (PTU).
