




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in operational, personnel, financial, and commercial management to ensure the smooth operation and success of the store. Commercial strategy development and implementation We seek a candidate with experience in personnel management, store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, administrative activity supervision, sales quota attainment, customer service, goods receipt and verification, performance indicator compliance, and other duties related to and inherent in the position. * **Operations Management**: Ensure the store's daily smooth operation, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for customers. * **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventories, receive and distribute goods, and report discrepancies to ensure product availability. * **Sales and Commercial Strategy**: Supervise sales, design and implement commercial strategies (including wholesale and retail sales), and set sales targets. * **Customer Service**: Ensure customer satisfaction, assist customers in product selection, and handle complaints or returns. * **Personnel Management**: Lead, motivate, train, and supervise the team, schedule shifts, and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. * **Financial and Administrative Management**: Manage the branch budget, control expenses, and prepare daily activity and results reports.
