





**Main Responsibilities** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes (job postings, screening, initial interviews). * Prepare and follow up on **employment contracts, employee files, personnel movements**, vacations, and attendance. * Enter and update information in **payroll and attendance tracking systems**. * Assist in the **organization of training sessions, internal events, and performance evaluations**. * Manage the distribution of pay slips, certifications, and official documents to staff. * Maintain updated physical and digital employee records. * Address basic employee inquiries and requests regarding HR matters. * Assist in preparing reports and departmental metrics. * Collaborate in **workplace climate, safety, and hygiene programs**. * Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the department. * Client platforms * Staff hiring, welcome kits * Uniform and basic PPE control * HR employee folders and badge processing.
