Job Summary: Omni Printer is seeking a Printer Maintenance Technician to provide user support, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and manage supplies for high- and low-volume printing equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. User support for installation and maintenance of printing equipment 2. Supply and consumables management for printing equipment 3. Software and hardware technical support for printers **Omni Printer is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Alto Lucero, Gutiérrez Barrios, Veracruz** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **PRINTER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Experience in a similar position. Tracking of tickets and requests from immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * User support for installation, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance of low- and high-volume printing equipment. * Knowledge of high-volume printing equipment such as Konica, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox, etc. * Physical meter readings and readings via applications. * Supply management (toner, maintenance kits, imaging units, etc.) and consumables (alcohol, lint-free cloths, compressed air, etc.). * Tracking of installed base (number of on-site equipment and business channels or lines) for requesting spare parts and supplies. * Statistical control and performance monitoring of printing equipment. * Support for assigned customers. * Technical support: Resolution of software and hardware issues in printers. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits from day one.
