Req ID: 76967 **Description** --------------- A professional responsible for maintaining inspection equipment availability for Production use. Responsible for monitoring and improving equipment performance, as well as receiving and installing new equipment in the area. Education Computer Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field. Functions and Responsibilities * Planned Maintenance * Plans preventive/predictive maintenance for production equipment. * Verifies preventive maintenance scheduling for equipment. * Supports 5S activities. * Corrective Maintenance * Identifies failures and performs corrective maintenance on production equipment. * Uses and interprets electrical or mechanical diagrams to perform corrective maintenance activities. * Creates required inspection recipes for production setup changes. * Conducts setup tests to verify functionality and/or identify equipment failures. * Manages and executes backups of computers comprising the machine. * Coordinates upgrades and services with equipment vendors. * Proposes equipment improvement projects. * Prepares daily maintenance reports. * Monitors equipment performance indicators and implements activities to improve them. Skills and Competencies Intermediate-level English proficiency, 60% or higher. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and SMED methodologies. Knowledge of statistics including Normal Distribution Curve, CPk, SPC. Familiarity with PLCs and microcontrollers. Intermediate MS Office (Excel) proficiency. Computer systems proficiency.
