Job Summary: Router cutting machine operator responsible for operation, maintenance, and quality control, ensuring efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate router cutting machinery for various materials. 2. Handle software for cutting file preparation and optimization. 3. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure quality standards. Machine Operation: • Operate router cutting machine to cut various materials. • Perform cuts with and without vacuum hold-down, adjusting settings for each material. • Execute cuts using oscillating and tangential knives. • Perform angled cuts and bending cuts according to specifications. • Adjust cuts using manual and automatic tool holders. Software Handling: • Use FLEXI, ENROUTE, and Illustrator for cutting file preparation. • Verify design accuracy prior to execution. • Make program adjustments to optimize production. 3. Maintenance and Quality: • Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. • Ensure cut parts meet quality standards. • Verify proper functioning of cutting systems and conduct tests before mass production. 4. Safety and Efficiency: • Comply with safety regulations during machinery operation. • Properly manage materials and cutting waste. • Optimize cutting time without compromising quality.
