### **️ Join** **URBANA MÉXICO****!** We are a company with extensive experience in **real estate development**, and we are currently seeking a committed professional for our Construction department to fill the position of: **Construction Administration** -------------------------- ### **Requirements****:** * Education: **Civil Engineering or Architecture** (Degree and professional license required). * Proficiency in **administrative systems**. * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in construction administration. * **Willingness to relocate to Zakia** (own vehicle or motorcycle preferred). * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** ### **️** **Responsibilities****:** * Cost estimates and quantity takeoffs * Construction generators * Monitoring housing construction processes * Preparation of material requisitions * Issuance of additional work orders * Invoice requests and payment processing * Preparation, filing, and management of contracts * Budget and quotation analysis * Preparation of comparative tables * Contract cleanup and settlement ### **We Offer****:** * **Gross monthly salary: $21,849.62** * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days, vacation premium. * 100% social security contributions from the start of the employment contract. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo): Equivalent to 15 days of base salary. * Vacation days and vacation premium: 12 vacation days accrued during the first year, plus a 25% vacation premium. * Job-specific training. * Additional Variable Compensation: Year-End Bonus Bonus – Entitled to an additional 15 days of base salary, prorated according to tenure accrued during the year. * **Additional Benefits**: * Special leave for marriage and paternity. * Funeral assistance. * Emergency loans. * Academic scholarships covering 50% to 60% of tuition for bachelor’s, master’s, and diploma programs. * Birthday day off. * Additional paid days off beyond statutory requirements (Holy Week, All Saints’ Day).
