Payroll processing and tax closings A law firm specializing in labor, corporate matters, and administrative procedures requires: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Minimum one year of experience * Flexible availability for work hours * Proficiency in Contpaqi * Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of electronic invoicing * Knowledge of payroll processing * Responsible attitude Duties to be performed: * Compilation of accounting files * Administration of XML documents issued and received from companies * Accounting entries for journals, income, expenses, and payroll provisions * Bank reconciliations * Monthly and annual tax closings, as well as informative filings * DIOT (Taxpayer’s Operations Information Return) * Electronic accounting * Electronic invoicing (concepts, CFDI usage, payment method and form) * Control of daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly invoice operations * Administration of reports on invoices issued * Payroll processing * Operation of CONTPAQi systems (Payroll, Invoicing, Accounting), SUA, XML Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite We offer: * Starting salary of $10,000 net pesos per month * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Workplace located between Kabah Avenue and Andrés Quintana Roo Avenue Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Workplace: On-site employment
