RETAIL CLOTHING SALES Requirements: Ages 19 to 35 Female candidates preferred Professional appearance Strong verbal communication skills Completed high school education Availability to rotate shifts Experience in sales and customer service Key responsibilities: * **Greeting and welcoming customers**: Receive visitors with a friendly and proactive attitude. * **Image consulting**: Suggest outfit combinations, sizes, and styles based on body type. * **Cross-selling**: Recommend complementary accessories matching the selected garment. * **Stock replenishment**: Restock sold sizes and styles from the warehouse to the sales floor. * **Folding and arranging**: Maintain perfectly organized shelves according to standards. * **Hanger alignment**: Ensure all hanging garments face the same direction. * **Area cleaning**: Maintain order and cleanliness of the workspace. * **Labeling**: Verify that all clothing items display visible pricing. * **Shrinkage detection**: Monitor the area to prevent petty theft. * **Quick counts**: Conduct cyclical inventories of specific categories to identify shortages. * **Merchandise receiving**: Verify that the number of packages matches the shipment manifest; inspect garments for stains, damage, or loose stitching; validate each item against the purchase order for size, color, and style.
