Join our team and become part of a dynamic, growing operation! **Location:** Saltillo Industrial Park **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. **Salary:** $16,000 to $19,000 per month \+ performance bonus of up to $3,000 What Will You Do?* Provide on-site technical support to users (hardware, software, and networks). * Diagnose and resolve incidents promptly, meeting SLAs. * Install, configure, and maintain computers and printers. * Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, updates, backups). * Coordinate spare parts, vendors, and technical visits when necessary.
