The ideal candidate must possess **effective communication skills**, **teamwork ability**, as well as be **responsible** and committed. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in **document management software**, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, etc.). * **Analytical and problem-solving skills**. * **Proactivity** and initiative. * **Organization** and attention to detail. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** The intern will support the following areas: **Payroll:** * **Download and management of payroll slips** in PDF and XML formats. * **Reconciliation of records** (fatigue logs) with payroll slips. * **Updating information** on client portals to ensure compliance with REPSE regulations. * **Tracking and responding to client information requests**.
