Analysis and interpretation of customs laws and rules of origin Job Description and Detailed Responsibilities * Conduct Internal Audits of Annex 24 & 30. * Experience with Annex 24 downloads as well as restructuring. * Review and analysis of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable statements. * Fixed Asset Audit. * Maintenance and renewal of certifications such as: CTPAT/OEA, CIVA, RO, etc. * Support in legal compliance for foreign trade regarding customs regulations. * Interpretation of customs laws, foreign trade regulations, and customs rules, etc. * Support during foreign trade and customs audits conducted by the authorities. * Respond to requirements issued by the authorities. * Analysis and interpretation of Rules of Origin. * Review of Certificates of Origin. * Support in reviewing international treaties and their rules of origin. * Annual Foreign Trade Report. * Renewal of Security Matrix. * Eighth Rules. * INEGI Report. * Experience in the Medical Device Industry. * Review of Pedimentos and correct application of tariff benefits. * Registration of new part numbers. * Registration and updating of BOMs. * Registration and audit of scrap structures. Experience and Requirements * Customs Law. * Foreign Trade Regulations. * CTPAT and OEA, CIVA. * Obligations under the IMMEX program. * Microsoft Office. * Power BI. * Annex 24 and 30. * Vucem. * ERP systems. * Agility in identifying and resolving issues. * Excel. * Analytical skills. * Degree in foreign trade and customs. * 4 to 5 years of experience in the field.
