Timely reporting of incidents and event logging **CCTV Monitoring Assistant** **Xalapa, Veracruz** **Availability for rotating shifts \| 24/7 continuous operation** At Desarrolladora CARPÍN, we seek to integrate into our team a professional experienced in video surveillance monitoring and incident tracking, focused on remote supervision of various operational sites. **Purpose of the Position** To monitor cameras and monitoring systems in real time, identifying risk situations, promptly reporting incidents, and ensuring proper event logging according to established procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Continuously supervise video surveillance cameras and monitoring platforms. * Detect unusual or risky situations at assigned locations. * Report operational incidents, technical failures, and relevant events. * Maintain control and audiovisual evidence logging when required. * Follow internal response and communication protocols. * Maintain telephone or radio contact with operational staff. * Verify basic functionality of monitoring equipment and signals. * Prepare shift reports on updates and incidents. **Requirements** * Experience in CCTV monitoring, electronic security, or control centers. * Proficiency in video surveillance and monitoring platforms. * Basic knowledge of DVRs, NVRs, and signal review. * Education: High school diploma, technical degree, or related bachelor’s degree. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsible handling of confidential information. **Desired Profile** * Attention to detail. * Observational and analytical skills. * Sense of urgency. * Clear communication and ability to follow instructions. * Responsibility and discretion.
