Leadership, administration, and development of operational staff. We stand out by operating under high standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, ensuring reliable and timely service for our customers. **Objective** Ensure profitability, efficiency, and productivity of fleet logistics operations, excellent customer service, proper unit operation and safety, and operational team management. * Prospect, serve, and develop customers, ensuring high service levels and profitability. * Plan, supervise, and control daily transportation operations (routes, vehicles, drivers, and customers). * Optimize vehicle fleet, revenue per kilometer, reduction of empty kilometers, and profitability analysis per route. * Monitor key performance indicators: trips, kilometers, fuel efficiency, costs, and profitability. * Define and implement road safety strategies in coordination with safety and monitoring departments. * Leadership, administration, and development of operational staff. * Supervise document control, invoicing, waybills, trip evidence, and administrative closure of operations. * Control of operational expenses, fuel, maintenance, and accountability for the vehicle fleet. * Coordinate maintenance, mechanical workshops, inventories, spare parts, and vehicle availability. * Prepare quotations, freight rates, and cost analysis per customer and service. * Plan and execute training programs for drivers and support staff.
