Conduct monthly reconciliation between issuances (EMA/EBA) and internal systems to identify and correct discrepancies in employer-employee contributions. - Separation Calculations: Independently prepare and calculate severance payments and settlements in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), as well as manage documentation related to employee terminations. - Reporting and KPIs: Generate payroll cost reports, headcount, turnover, and cumulative reports to support management decision-making. - Incident Control: Monitor proper application of medical leaves, absences, and vacations, ensuring documentary support meets internal audit requirements. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Administration (Graduation required or currently completing final thesis). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role Solid Technical Knowledge: - In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law (ISR). - Advanced Excel: (Pivot tables, nested formulas, cross-database lookups for reconciliations). - Software: Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, or similar ERP) and government platforms (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE).
