




Position Summary: Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with technical requirements. Supervises compliance with technical specifications and delivery schedules OBJECTIVE: Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects, ensuring optimal conditions regarding quality, price, delivery time, and compliance with technical requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * **Needs Analysis** * Review material and service requisitions issued by project, warehouse, or engineering departments. * Prioritize purchases according to construction schedules. * **Supplier Management** * Identify, evaluate, and maintain a portfolio of reliable suppliers. * Request quotations and negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions. * Coordinate technical visits for evaluation of key suppliers. * **Procurement** * Issue purchase orders and track them through to delivery. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations. * Handle domestic and international procurement, as required. * **Control and Tracking** * Monitor procurement status and delivery timelines to prevent construction delays. * Resolve issues related to defective materials, incomplete quantities, or delivery delays. * **Administrative Management** * Maintain an up-to-date record of purchase orders, contracts, and payments made. * Prepare procurement management reports (budget vs. expenditure, performance indicators, etc.). **Job Requirements** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience**: 1–2 years in procurement, preferably within the construction sector. * **Technical Knowledge**: * Construction materials and equipment. * Supplier management. * Negotiation techniques. * Industry quality standards and certifications. * **Skills**: * Organization and prioritization. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Working under pressure.
