**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with a total of 5\+ years of programming experience, including 3 years of specialized experience in Power Platform development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (**Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse**). * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Develop and maintain Power Apps applications, including canvas and model\-driven apps. * Create and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate. * Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. * Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third\-party applications. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions. * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. * Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed. * Document development processes, configurations, and user guides. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 6\+ years of total hands\-on experience with a strong understanding of software development principles. * **Must have \-** Minimum 3 years of hands\-on strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (**Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse**). * Proficiency in developing canvas and model\-driven apps using Power Apps. * Experience with creating workflows and automations using Power Automate. * Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization using Power BI. * Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform. * Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Nice to have:** * Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL\-100, PL\-200, PL\-400\). * Experience with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform. * Knowledge of programming languages such as C\#, JavaScript, or Python. * Experience with Agile development methodologies.
