You will be responsible for analyzing operations related to merchandise movement and ensuring inventory health—identifying lags and proposing commercial strategies in coordination with marketing and sales to maximize profitability. * Benefits * A leading national brand. * A dynamic, results-oriented environment. * Direct participation in decisions impacting the business. * Real opportunities for professional development. * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Required Profile Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles within the inventory area. **Key Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite proficiency * Data and KPI analysis * Administrative processes and inventory control **Competencies:** * Organization and analytical thinking * Results orientation * Working under pressure * Effective communication * High sense of responsibility and integrity * Responsibilities * Analyze daily inventory levels and identify slow-moving products. * Coordinate and supervise merchandise transfers between branches to optimize sales. * Generate and present monthly closing inventories. * Analyze causes of obsolescence, lag, and product movement. * Propose improvements to operational processes related to inventory. * Generate and interpret management indicators. * Ensure data integrity in control systems. * Monitor levels of damage, obsolescence, and expiration in accordance with policies.
