(The team hosts.) * Measure impact and learn quickly across the entire content engine (organic, video, paid campaigns, webinars): engagement, watch time, CTR/CVR per piece/message, assisted/attributed leads, actionable learnings, and next tests. * Use AI for research, ideation, and pre-production (outlines, scripts, hooks, variants), while maintaining editorial standards. #### **What does success look like here?** **In the first 3 months:** * We have a clear brand narrative that everyone in the company can articulate * An editorial calendar is live and operating at a sustainable cadence * We’re publishing consistently across at least 2–3 channels * You have data on what’s working (and what’s not) and are iterating weekly **At 6 months:** * The content engine delivers measurable results: traffic, engagement, assisted leads * We have a proven event/webinar system with effective repurposing in place * Our brand narrative is externally recognizable * You’ve identified the highest-ROI channels/formats and doubled down effort there #### **Requirements** * 4+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, or growth for digital products. * Excellent writing: concise, clear, direct.
