Then **Grupo Atlántica** is waiting for you with open arms! #### **What will be your mission?** As an **Agricultural Development Technician** in the State of Mexico, your mission will be to provide technical support to the sales team, training and accompanying distributors and customers in the field—especially in floriculture and horticulture crops. Additionally, you will coordinate technical developments by acting as the liaison with the Latam technical team, and collaborate closely with key producers to drive implementation and growth of solutions in the **State of Mexico and/or surrounding areas**. #### **How will you do it?** * **Providing technical support in training and education**: + Coordinating and delivering training sessions for customers and distributors + Conducting commercial presentations for farmers and agronomic advisors + Aligning technical-commercial messaging with the Latam and Central teams. * **Planning, implementing, and monitoring development projects:** + Planning and executing development projects in key crops and products + Managing budgets and tracking project progress + Disseminating results and promoting market adoption + Identifying needs and proposing improvements or new initiatives + Analyzing trends, markets, and competition + Collaborating with experts, companies, and reference groups + Conducting product validation and development trials. #### **What are we looking for?** * Degree in **Agricultural Engineering** or related field * **Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles as a Development Technician** * **Specialization in the nutritional sector of biostimulants or biocontrol, with experience in production/development of flower, berry, and vegetable crops.** * **Residence in the State of Mexico or surrounding areas** (Tenancingo, Villa Guerrero), with mobility within the region. #### **What knowledge do you need?** * **Technical knowledge** of plant nutrition, biostimulants, and biocontrol * **Knowledge of production/development of flower, berry, and vegetable crops.** * Advanced office software skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) * Teaching experience or experience training teams, and/or experience in experimental agronomic development will be valued. #### **In addition, you will need the following skills:** * **Inquisitive and communicative personality** * **Technical profile with a sales orientation** * **Initiative, planning, and organizational skills** * **Ability to coordinate with the commercial network** #### **What do we offer you?** * **We develop your talent:** through customized training programs, career development plans, participation in international projects, growth in a dynamic global environment with strategic impact, and a multicultural workplace. * **Benefits for you and your family:** private medical insurance, family medical insurance bonus, life insurance, and childcare voucher. #### **Who are we?** At **Grupo Atlántica, The Natural Company**, we are a group specialized in plant nutrition and bioprotection, established internationally across four continents and present in over 70 countries, with a deep-rooted service vocation.
