Bachelor’s degree completed in Tourism, Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related fields (mandatory) Availability to work rotating shifts (including store closing) Passion and enthusiasm for customer service and teamwork Proactive personality with initiative, organizational skills, and interest in statistics 50% ADMINISTRATIVE AND 50% OPERATIONAL 1 year of experience as a manager or assistant manager in convenience stores, fast-food restaurants, or movie theaters Experience in inventory management, vendor relations, sales targets, performance results, and KPIs Attention to detail and problem resolution; proactive approach Experience conducting competency-based interviews What are your responsibilities? Ensure adherence to service standards. Coordinate team members’ duties and responsibilities. Analyze performance indicators, achieve goals, and jointly develop sales strategies with the Store Manager. Handle cash management. Develop team members and deliver timely feedback. Act as the restaurant’s responsible party in the Store Manager’s absence. What do we offer?
